Apple cider vinegar is known to treat a ton of health problems. If you have a problem, it’s a good bet that it can help alleviate it. In this article, I’m going to show you how to use it to help with weight loss. However, don’t make this common mistake or it won’t work for you.
First, apple cider vinegar is made from getting the squeezed liquid from crushed apples. Although it’s acidic, it has the opposite effect on your body… it alkalizes the body.
Now, think of it like this… apple cider vinegar has been used since ancient times… over 10,000 years ago. It tastes nasty, so if something this nasty has stood the test of time… then you may want to try it out and see what it can do for you.
Ok… with me so far? Good. Now to the weight loss stuff.
Apple cider vinegar helps speed up your metabolism, improves your digestion, and cleanses your body when taken before meals. Take 2 tablespoons. Another way you can use it is as a salad dressing instead of the unhealthy salad dressings on the market. For best weight loss results, take it 3 times a day before meals.
The common mistake…
The mistake is simple and easy to fix. The $1 apple cider vinegar you see in the grocery store… DON’T buy it. Instead, buy the Bragg brand from GNC or a health food store for $3. You want it to be organic. If it doesn’t say it’s organic on the label, don’t get it. Now, the weight loss effects vary considerably from person to person. Not everyone loses weight using this stuff. However, others have lost over 10 pounds while taking it and not changing anything about their diet or exercise program.
I personally use organic apple cider vinegar once a day, 2 tablespoons, before breakfast. If for some reason I don’t feel well during the day or whatever, I take it 2-3 times for that day. It’s nasty stuff… but I don’t argue with results. I feel good almost always. I don’t give 100% credit to organic apple cider vinegar for feeling great all the time, however I do think it’s benefits are well worth the $3 and the nasty taste.
